BuggiPro's core technology is to automate the mass production of insects to significantly reduce the biggest cost constraints in the production of traditional biocontrol materials, to respond to the international trend of reducing the amount of chemical pesticides, and to enhance biodiversity to strengthen the adaptability of the planting environment to climate change and to ensure the safety of food production for human beings in the future.
BuggiPro's current business is the production of natural enemy insects and mass production of nucleopolyhedrosis viruses. Currently, the natural enemy insect is lacewing, and the nucleopolyhedrosis virus is targeting beet nightshade moth. BuggiPro's production system is modular in design, and some of the similar concepts of the breeding process can be modified and adapted. For example, natural enemies such as ladybugs can be developed using the lacewing production module. In addition, BuggiPro's automated production line can be used to quickly establish new production lines for different species of Lepidoptera and different strains of Nucleopolyhedroviruses by adjusting the system parameters, and in the future, we will be able to offer professional production or CDMO cooperation.
