Product introduction
This product is a module composed of three machines combined. The module includes:1.602 Egg Sucker, manually operated, capable of suctioning 30 eggs at once onto the 605A Egg Conveyor;
2.605A Egg Conveyor, featuring egg collection and transportation, six rows of LED light inspection, and six rows of single-file rotation;
3.102BP Egg Grading Machine Mainframe, equipped with automatic turning, electronic grading, and counting functions;
4.Incline Tray Loading Machine (3 sets), each set consisting of an inclined tray loading device and an egg discharge conveyor belt. The tray loading and egg collection are on the same side, allowing one person to handle both tasks simultaneously. This setup significantly saves on labor and space.
