Earning a Ph.D. in Biotechnology from Ocean University, dove deep into shrimp bacterial disease research from their student days. Currently a Research and Development Specialist at Giant Bio Technology Inc.  Specializing in the development of shrimp disease testing reagents, they have assisted shrimp farmers both domestically and abroad in disease inspection and quarantine, published several papers related to shrimp disease detection, and developed the 'Shrimp Intestinal Vibrio Detection Method' (or Dr. Yen's SIVD Method) to instantaneously detect Vibrio bacteria in shrimp intestines, mitigating the risk of related diseases.
